1944-45 Albertype HOF plaque postcard (Type 1) of Babe Ruth graded PSA 8. Only one graded higher. Only one other PSA 8 exists! The 1944-45 version are much more rare than the ones that started to be produced in 1946. This was the first type of Albertype plaque postcards, issued 1944 and 1945, as the line of type beneath the plaque photo has an abbreviation "NY" for New York. Later Albertypes spelled out the state name.
