1983 Topps Baseball Michigan Test Packs - 36 Sealed Packs In Original Box (this original box is a bit longer than the traditional 1983 Topps Baseball box that held regular wax packs). These unique test packs were a regional issue, and would later become the standard for sealing packs. The ends were crimped, and while there is still the possibility of gum stains, it eliminates the risk of wax stains on the cards. Each pack includes 15 cards & a stick of gum, the same as the standard wax packs. However, this rare packaging is highly collectable and a premium find in today's market, and a potential grading investment.
