1922 E121 American Caramel Billy Southworth card. This is a unique Caramel card that shows Billy teaching a little child how to bat. Southworth managed in 1929 and from 1940 through 1951. He managed three pennant-winning St. Louis Cardinals teams, winning two World Series, and another pennant with the Boston Braves, the last National League title in Boston baseball history.
