Notable exhibit cards in this lot include Boxing Greats Joe Louis (vertical crease), Max Baer, Jake LaMotta (horizontal crease on bottom), Sugar Ray Robinson (writing on back), Tony Zale, Billy Conn, Jackie Wilson, Willie Pep, and many others. These black & white cards measure approximately 3-1/4" x 5-1/4", slightly less than post card size. These blank back cards were issued in penny arcades at amusement parks and variety stores throughout the 1940s and 1950s.
